        • Member joins/renews → membership info is captured → payment is received/confirmed (PayPal or check) →Member becomes active → membership roster updates → WordPress/forum access is create or updated → welcome/renewal email goes out → officers are notified →onboarding is complete.
      • New Responsibilities
        • Treasurer → Payment Responsibility
          • Confirms that PayPal/check due were received
        • Secretary → Membership Responsibility
          • Confirms that membership roll is accurate and person is recorded as member
        • Website Admin → Confirm Automation/onboarding work
          • Confirm website automation is working
          • Manually onboard if there are failures
